Burnout – When the Inner Fire Burns Out
Burnout is not simply fatigue. It’s not the gloom after a hard day or an exhausting week. Burnout arrives insidiously, often while we are just trying to meet expectations – in our work, our family life, our social relationships. Those who burn out are the ones who once burned with great fire. Those who care about what they do, who want to do it well. Those who have carried the burdens of the world for a long time, whether for others or for themselves. Burnout, therefore, is not weakness – rather, as a result of immense energy investment, the fuel eventually runs out. Who is prone to burnout? Contemporary Marriage Preparation – Genuine Readiness for Life Together
Saving a relationship is often a heroic struggle – but why wait for a crisis if prevention is also an option? Relationship counselling, as well as couple and family therapy, is not only useful when serious conflicts, emotional distancing, or loss of trust occur. It can be just as important at the natural turning points of life: for example, when a couple gets married, has a child, builds a home, or enters a new stage of life. These are normative crises – natural, yet challenging life events. At such times, there is a particular need for relationship stability and emotional cohesion. Just as a well-built house is more likely to withstand the forces of nature

What to Expect from Psychological Counseling
Counseling does not involve providing ready-made answers or specific advice; rather, it represents a collaborative thinking process between client and psychologist. Psychological counseling is offered by a licensed counseling psychologist who, after completing five years of university training in psychology, has also completed an additional two-year postgraduate specialization program. Counseling is intended for adults who do not have a diagnosed mental disorder. If a diagnosis is already present, I recommend seeking support from a clinical psychologist, psychiatrist, or psychotherapist. The counseling process may be of fixed or open-ended duration. Typically, the exact length of the process cannot be predicted in advance. However, we can outline a preliminary number of sessions based on smaller, well-defined goals.
